  • I currently teach fourth grade at St. John The Evangelist in Binghamton, New York. This year will complete my first year of teaching. Along with my students I am eager to do many hands-on learning projects with multiple learning levels. My class is a very rich multicultural environment of 26 students.

"Heart Attack"
  • Heart Attack
  • Uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes or goes away and comes back.
  • Pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
  • Shortness of breath along with, or before, chest discomfort.
  • Other signs such as breaking out in a a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness.
